  • Experience with Asian cooking Skills by our chef and tasting
  • Portion control & no waste rule

Day 3:

  • Preparing/practise/setting up
  • Demo & practise of stir fry
  • Demo & practise of golden fry
  • Demo & practise of cooking & preparing protein, veg, rice, noodles and snacks

Day 4:

  • Preparing/practise/setting up
  • Cooking Dishes continually to complete
  • Maintenance- clean as you go, organizing of cooking utensils
  • Cooking with Rice & Noodles
  • Closing

Day 5:

  • Starting set up
  • Random orders
  • Cooking skills
  • Clean & maintenance check
  • Finishing with dressing and decoration
  • Closing
