The Peking journey began with the enthusiasm and passion of our founder Xing Xue, who came to Ireland from South of China.
In 2003 Mr.Xue and his wife opened their first business in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan and from there they became the franchisor of the Peking Asian Street Food brand which is already a proven concept, as the ‘go- to’ brand for operators who want to join a successful franchise, serving a growing market.
Mr Xing and his wife has opened the Peking Training Academy as Master Chefs their mission is to offer their customers a complete and satisfying experience through services that reach their needs and a selection of the best authentic and healthy food to disclose the flavour, the aroma and colours of Asian Cuisine.
They select the very best of fresh product, prepare & enhance it with an exotic blend of ingredients. They use freshly chopped vegetables every day, 100% soybean oil (no trans fats)
Their menu has been developed by taking Asian classics from China, Thailand & Japan infused with exciting flavors from the regions ‘street food’ culture, meaning that Irish consumers are now spoilt for choice.
