  • Preparing/practise/setting up
  • Demo & practise of stir fry
  • Demo & practise of golden fry
  • Demo & practise of cooking & preparing protein, veg, rice, noodles and snacks

Day 4:

  • Preparing/practise/setting up
  • Cooking Dishes continually to complete
  • Maintenance- clean as you go, organizing of cooking utensils
  • Cooking with Rice & Noodles
  • Closing

Day 5:

  • Starting set up
  • Random orders
  • Cooking skills
  • Clean & maintenance check
  • Finishing with dressing and decoration

Day 6:

  • Refreshing

Day 7:

  • Asian ingredients & Benefits of Herbs and Spices
  • Prep & practice with multiple rice & noodles
  • Introduction to different dishes in Thai, Chinese and Japanese

Day 8:

  • Prep & cooking with hot & warm dishes with chicken, beef, prawns and fish
  • Practise in introducing the cooking recipes to other members

Day 9:

  • Prep & Cooking for cold sides, starters, soup stock
  • Practise in traducing the cooking recipe/training to other members
  • Stock taking/rotation/ organising space

Day 10:

  • Creating dishes on request & timing
  • Rice wine: sharing and exploring the experience, questions and future plan
  • Certificate presentation
